Victoria's Secret Won't Press Charges Against Attempted Thieves

BURR RIDGE, IL - Those in charge at the Victoria's Secret store on Village Center Drive in Burr Ridge opted against pressing charges against a pair of women accused of attempting to steal from them.

Police were told by an employee of the store on Nov. 9 that two black women came into the store, tried on clothes and cut a sensor tag off before attempting to leave the building. When they were approached by an employee, the two said they did not want the clothing and left the store.

When asked by police, the employee who reported the crime declined to press charges.
