Announcing our first ever "Vine Video Challenge!" Make a video that will
make us laugh. Whoever makes the funniest video will be awarded the
title - Grand Champion of Video Making and a $50 grand prize. Second and
third places will be awarded $30 and $20. IPPL cardholders in grades
7-12 are eligible to submit an unlimited number of videos between March
9-15. How do I submit a video you ask? It's simple - just include the
