City Of Champaign: First Street And Windsor Road Early Morning Road Work

Duce Construction, the City of Champaign’s contractor for the 2021 Concrete Street Maintenance Project will begin maintenance activities on Windsor Road (between First Street and Neil Street) & First Street (between Windsor Road and St. Mary’s Road). This work will begin at 6:00 a.m. Friday, July 16 through Friday, August 13. This work can occur daily (Monday through Saturday). The work will consist of pavement and curb and gutter repairs. This work is necessary maintenance to maintain the road in good condition. To aid in the concrete sawing operations, and to keep the project on schedule, the contractor will begin work at 6:00 AM each day.
