If You've Lost 'Fleas Witherspoon,' Urbana Police Have Her
Urbana Police say a black cat known as Fleas Witherspoon is being held at the department as they search for owner.
URBANA, IL — Fleas Witherspoon is waiting for her owner over at Urbana Police Department. Fleas is unfortunately not a disguise for the Oscar Award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon, but a cute black cat with white markings who was located by UPD Officer Anderson in the 1200 block of Beslin Wednesday morning.
In a funny Facebook page post, UPD wrote Witherspoon has been detained and bail has been set.
UPD asks anyone with information on who the female feline belongs to, to call Officer Anderson at 217-649-1333.
