Beer, Wine & Sherry Baby

Hey Folks,

I am currently taking a course to improve my knowledge on the F&B industry! For  non-event profs, F&B means Food & Beverage.  There is so much to learn but here are some things I did not know.  Feel free to share your knowledge as well, you can help me pass my tests…lol

Beverage Tips:

• If someone tells you they have vintage wine, this only means that the wine is 1 year or older.  Lesson, check the date darlings.
• Beer glasses should NOT go through the dishwasher.  This means at a restaurant and at home.  the soap ruins the beer
• Only serve beer in cold glasses and once you finish your beer get a new glass to drink a new serving
• Pedro Ximenez Sherry is served perfectly over ice cream
