Braidwood Heroin Dealer Lands In Will County Jail: Complaint
With this six-figure bail, it remains uncertain whether the 35-year-old Braidwood defendant can secure his release from custody.

BRAIDWOOD, IL — A 35-year-old Braidwood man faces two criminal charges at the Will County Courthouse in connection with allegations of dealing heroin in the Braidwood community. Braidwood Police arrested Martin Devalois on Tuesday and he was admitted in the Will County Jail around 3:30 p.m.
Will County Judge Roger Rickmon had issued a warrant for the Braidwood man's arrest, setting his bail at $250,000. Devalois resided in the 900 block of West Eureka, court records show.
According to the criminal complaint, Devalois faces one charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver as well as a second charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

According to the Braidwood Police complaint, Devalois possessed between 1 and 15 grams of heroin with intentions of delivering the drug on Aug. 27.
