JJC Fine Arts Department: The Arabian Nights

The JJC Fine Arts Department is proud to announce the second production of the 2010-11 theatre season.  The Arabian Nights by Mary Zimmerman and directed by Zach Bloomfield will be held on November 11-13th at 7:30pm and November 13th and 14th at 2:00pm in the Fine Arts.

Mary Zimmerman's The Arabian Nights is an adaptation of stories from the ancient text the book of One thousand and One Nights.   

The cast includes Lindsey Rodriquez, DeAndre McNeal, David Laurich, and Shane Tierney of Joliet, Matthew Vuckovich of Mokena, Brittney Lutz and Mark Parker of Wilmington, Jessica Galang and Travis Cisco of Morris, Monchetta Wilson of Rockford, Amanda Perri of Diamon, Conchetta Anemone of Bolingbrook, Maxine Perez of Plainfield, Karli Czartoryski of New Lenox, Patrick Cullen of Manhattan, Demonte Dandridge of Bolingbrook, Chance Manzo of Rockdale, and Warren Dailey of Minooka.

Ticket prices are $8.00 for General Public and $5.00 for Senior Citizens and $3.00 for JJC Students with additional discounts available for Non-JJC Students and JJC staff.  Reservations can be made by calling 815-280-2200. 

As part of the college's ongoing community service project, audience members are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to the production where they may be exchanged for items at the concession table.  All contributions will be donated to area shelters.
