Excessive I-80 Speeder Gets DUI: Cops

MINOOKA, IL - A man from Morris was charged with three offenses last Friday when pulled over by Minooka police on Interstate 80. Police said in a bulletin that Mark A. Kline, 42, was charged with improper lane usage-laned roadways, driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding 26-34 over the limit on Jan. 5.

Other speeding arrests from the Minooka Police Department over the weekend include:

• Katie Kathleen Sutton, 20, of Braidwood for speeding 26-34 over the limit at 6999 E. Minooka Road. on Jan. 7.
• Mitchell M. Thompson, 23, Joliet for speeding at 599 W. Mondamin St. on Jan. 6.
