FOUND: Missing Minooka Woman Located Safe In Idaho
After being missing for more than a week, she was found in Idaho on her way back home after she ran out of gas.

IDAHO — Tina Saunders, the Minooka woman who had been missing since March 21, has been found in Idaho, according to a press release from the Minooka Police Department.
An Idaho State Police trooper encountered Saunders, 40, who had run out of gas, according to the release. The trooper said she was in a good mental state.
Saunders' father had told police she was acting strangely "and making strange comments" during a visit on March 20, Minooka police said. The morning of March 21, she was arrested for trespassing in her ex-husband's home.

The last time she had been seen was on the afternoon of March 21 at her step-daughter's home. Saunders withdrew $300 from a bank account that day. She was officially reported missing on March 22 around 10 p.m.
Authorities tracked her cell phone, which was last powered on in New Orleans on March 23, police said. There had been no other cell phone, social media, I-pass or financial activity from Saunders.

Saunders didn't have her cell phone on her when the Idaho police trooper encountered her. She said she sold it for gas money. She told the trooper she had traveled to California and Oregon, and that she was on her way back home.
