Joliet Man Sexually Assaulted Young Girl: Police
Terrance Harper-Means and the girl were living in the same home, police said.

A Joliet man sexually assaulted a young girl, police said.
Terrance Harper-Means, 28, and the girl were living in the same house in unincorporated Joliet, police said. They are not related.
Will County deputies were sent to the residence early Friday morning “regarding a call of an unknown sex crime,” police said.

The deputies learned that Harper-Means “had sexually abused a female child under the age of 10 who was staying at the residence,” police said.
Harper-Means was charged with the predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and and taken to the Will County jail.
