Michael Bisping Failed To Register As Sex Offender: Complaint
The defendant didn't register his address on Walleye with the Wilmington Police Department, according to the criminal complaint.

WILMINGTON, IL - A 22-year-old man was arrested last week on two felony charges accusing him of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender. On Wednesday, Michael K. Bisping still remained in custody at the Will County Adult Detention Facility unable to his post, which was set at $20,000. Jail logs show Bisping was living in the 200 block of Walleye in Wilmington.
According to the criminal complaint in Will County Circuit Court, Bisping is accused of having "knowingly failed to register with the Wilmington Police Department after residing or temporarily being domiciled in Wilmington, Illinois, for three or more days" in violation of state law. The second charge accuses Bisping of failing to report his change of address to Wilmington to the Bradley Police Department, which had been the last police department with whom he had registered, the complaint stated.
