PAE To Bring Over 100 Jobs To Romeoville Area

PAE Apllied Technologies which recently leased a 723,291 -square-foot space in Romeoville, is expected to bring over 100 jobs to the local area.

The government services firm leased the space at 1070 Windham Parkway to operate the Chicago Mail Transport Equipment Service Center to receive, sort, inspect, package, and redistribute mail transport equipment back to postal service facilities and their community of customers.

PAE will be providing approximately 125 full-time and 10 to 25 seasonal openings. Types of positions and opportunities PAE will be offering include warehouse and distribution, material handlers, forklift drivers, light maintenance and repair, and inspection.

The company will occupy the entire building. PAE plans to start moving into the facility in May and expects to be operating at full capacity by June. The Romeoville mail transport center is the largest service in the United States.
