The Channahon man remains in Will County's jail. His bond was set at $300,000.

JOLIET, IL - A young man from Channahon remains locked up at Will County's jail in Joliet after being charged last week with two serious felony counts of unlawful delivery of controlled substances. Reno J. Giacomo, 26700 block of South Kimberly Lane, is accused of delivering between 15 and 200 objects containing LSD on July 17, according to the criminal complaint. The criminal charge involving LSD is a Class X felony.

The second offense, a Class 2 felony, accuses the Channahon resident of "knowingly and unlawfully" delivering methylenedioxymethamphetamine, commonly known as Ecstasy, on July 3. On Wednesday, Giacomo remained in the Will County Adult Detention Center. His bond has been set at $300,000, meaning he must post $30,000 bail to remain free pending future court hearings.

Patch archives show that Giacomo was arrested last year by the Joliet Police Department on a criminal charge involving marijuana possession.
