Route 6 Closed Due to Downed Power Lines
The road is expected to reopen around noon today.
U.S. Route 6 is closed due to an accident with downed power lines between Channon Drive and Bluff Road, according to the Channahon Police Department. Channahon Public Works and Com-Ed are on the scene.
Police advise drivers to use alternate routes. Route 6 is expected to reopen around noon today.
