Speeding, Domestic Battery: Minooka Blotter

Melissa M. Randall, 39 was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.

Vladimir V. Tanev, 35, was arrested on citation of operating motor vehicle with suspended registration for non insurance and operation of vehicle with expired registration at 500 W. Twin Rail Dr. on Oct. 27.

Iso Manjgafic, 40, was arrested on a citation of operating motor vehicle with suspended registration for non insurance at Ridge Road and Twin Rail Drive on Oct. 28.

Todd A. Osinski, 47, was arrested on citation of electronic communication at 6999 E. Minooka Road on Oct. 28.

Alexander L. Franklin, 19 was arrested on citation of speeding at 6600 E. Minooka Road on Oct. 28.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested on a citation of operation of non-highway vehicles on streets, roadways at 110 W. Church St. on Oct. 28.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested on citation of operation of non highway vehicles on streets, roadways at 210 N. Osceola St. on Oct. 28.
