1 Shot, Others Tied Up And Assaulted At Steakhouse Near Mag Mile
A late Sunday night robbery at Lawry's The Prime Rib steakhouse in downtown Chicago left one employee shot and several others injured.

CHICAGO, IL — A gunman who walked into a steakhouse near the Magnificent Mile and Rush Street late Sunday night restrained several employees, tying at least one up and using duct tape on another in a robbery that left one victim shot. Multiple media reports indicate the man pulled out the gun after walking into a locker room where several employees at Lawry's The Prime Rib restaurant were gathered around 11:45 p.m.
An ABC-7 report indicates the victim that was shot interrupted the intruder, who made off with several of the employees cell phones before fleeing the restaurant near the corner of Ontario and Rush and less than a block from Michigan Avenue. One victim reportedly had duct tape wrapped around his head and two others were assaulted.
The shooting victim is a 28-year-old man who was struck in his right arm, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. He, and others, were taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where their conditions remained unknown early Monday morning.
