The 25 Best Public High Schools in Illinois: Report
Niche.com released its 2017 rankings of the best schools in the state and country.

Many suburban parents put a lot of stock into which high schools are the “best” for their child.
With that in mind, Niche.com, a website dedicated to analyzing data to provide information on the best neighborhoods and schools, releases a list each year of the best schools in the country and state. The site’s 2017 best schools' lists came out in recent weeks and has ranked Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire as the best of the best among public high schools in Illinois and also ranked the suburban high school as the best high school in the U.S.
“The opportunities Stevenson gives its students are tremendous,” a senior at Adlai Stevenson wrote on the Niche.com website. “Anyone can find an enjoyable class with the multitude of classes offered. The state of the art technology gives students like myself a great hands-on experience with equipment some colleges don't even possess.”
