Recipe to Connect: The Ingredients to Growth, Confidence, and Community

Designed for neurodivergent young adults (around 18-26 years old, with low support needs) who want to strengthen social connections, develop emotional regulation strategies, and build practical social skills. The group emphasizes learning through experience and peer connection.
