CHICAGO — Enjoy hot cocoa, cookies and a chance to meet your new best friend this Saturday, Jan. 21, at Chicago Animal Care and Control. The winter fee-waived adoption event runs from noon to 6 p.m. at 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago.
