Comcast Appoints Steven Keller as Senior Vice President of Greater Chicago Region
Comcast's Greater Chicago Region serves customers across Central and Northern Illinois, Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan.

Comcast today announced the appointment of Steven Keller as Senior Vice President of the company’s Greater Chicago Region, serving Xfinity and Comcast Business customers across Central and Northern Illinois, Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Keller will drive strategic initiatives to fuel growth and further elevate the customer experience – strengthening the company’s competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving market.
In his new role, Keller will be responsible for deepening customer relationships across the region, delivering residential customers more value from Xfinity’s full suite of products including the most reliable, fiber-powered WiFi, entertainment, mobile and home security, while bringing Comcast Business customers from small businesses to large enterprises unmatched connectivity, communications, networking, cybersecurity, wireless and managed solutions. Keller will also lead efforts to expand Comcast’s smart, reliable and resilient network throughout the region.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Keller brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a proven record of leadership and success. Most recently, he served as Pacific Market President at Verizon, where he led all business functions across a seven-state region.

Keller is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Kaplan University in Chicago, Illinois, and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
