Elliott Nott, 41, also faces 7 felony counts of unauthorized videotaping, according to Chicago police.

CHICAGO, IL — A former elementary school music teacher faces child pornography and other charges after being accused of putting a motion-activated camera in a public bathroom at where he worked, according to Chicago police.

Elliott Nott, 41, of the 4800 block of North Spaulding Avenue, was arrested and charged with child pornography and seven felony counts of unauthorized videotaping.

The camera was found Sept. 7 in a bathroom at Ogden International School, 24 W. Walton Street, where Nott worked as a music teacher and track and field coach, according to police. Earlier this month, the school's principal said in a message to parents that a staff employee had been fired after a camera-like device was found in a staff bathroom.
