Farbman Group Expands Chicago Property Management Team

Gary Wenzel joins as Senior Property Manager

Farbman Group, a leading full-service commercial real estate company, announced Gary Wenzel has joined the team as senior property manager. Farbman Group CEO Andrew V. Farbman made the announcement.

“With over 30 years of real estate experience, Gary is sure to be a passionate steward of our properties,” said Farbman. “We are thrilled to have his property management expertise on our team and look forward to all of the great things he will accomplish in the years ahead.”

As senior property manager, Wenzel will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of buildings throughout the Chicago area. His duties include ensuring each building operates smoothly, maintains a well-rounded appearance and is inspected regularly. He will also oversee the managing maintenance staff and contract services.

“I am eager to put my customer service and commercial real estate expertise to the test in my new position at Farbman Group,” said Wenzel. “I look forward to building relationships with our clients and working with my fellow team members to ensure our portfolio of Chicago properties are being expertly cared for.”

Throughout his career, Wenzel has become a distinguished real estate professional, having held various positions in asset and property management, leasing and development.

Wenzel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Columbia College Chicago. He currently holds a real estate license in Illinois and Florida and has CCIM and RPA certification.
