Google’s Chicago HQ to Sell for $305 Million

Sale of 1KFulton building is the largest transaction ever in the city's Fulton Market District.

American Realty Advisors has agreed to buy the 1KFulton building in the city’s Fulton Market District for $305 million, according to a Crain’s Chicago report.

The neighborhood with a strong connection to the city’s infamous meatpacking industry does not have a long history of being home to office buildings. But the sale of the Google building received much interest from investors throughout the United States and around the world.
