NM-Chicago Announces Partnership with Chicago Chapter of NBMBAA

Northwestern Mutual - Chicago is launching a partnership with the Chicago chapter of the National Black MBA Association, Inc. (NBMBAA), providing a series of career growth and financial education opportunities for African-Americans and diverse business professionals.

“There is a strong alignment between the mission, vision and values of our office and the NBMBAA’s Chicago chapter,” said Corey D. McQuade, managing partner of Northwestern Mutual – Chicago. “Our focus is to educate and empower their members to make more informed financial decisions.”

This year, Northwestern Mutual - Chicago will host “The Roadmap to Financial Freedom,” a two-part program that will provide timely, relevant and actionable information geared toward helping NBMBAA members build financial security. The program will cover five key considerations: know where you are today, picture where you want to be, grow your savings, help protect your assets and enhance your earning potential.

The sponsorship is part of Northwestern Mutual - Chicago’s ongoing commitment to professional development by providing career and networking opportunities. The firm actively recruits talented candidates from all backgrounds for its financial advisors, financial representatives and staff roles as well as its nationally ranked financial planning internship program.
