Remedy Celebrates 10 Years in Bucktown With Week-Long Anniversary Bash

For the past decade, Remedy (1910 N Milwaukee) has become a Bucktown staple, known for its inventive yet approachable cocktail program, thoughtfully curated wine list, rotating local craft beers and welcoming atmosphere. As one of the neighborhood's few destinations serving expertly crafted cocktails until 4 a.m., Remedy has earned a loyal following as the perfect spot for everything from weekday happy hours to late-night gatherings.

To celebrate a decade in business, Remedy is throwing a week long bash filled with cocktails, community and late-night hospitality. Beginning Monday, August 10 and all through Sunday, August 16, come enjoy specialty cocktails, the return of fan-favorite drinks from years past, interactive art, and themed events throughout the week. Remedy is also debuting limited-edition 10th Anniversary merchandise, including two collectible T-shirts for $10 each.

To get the party started, on Monday, August 10, Remedy is hosting a Pizza Party Happy Hour, complete with complimentary pizzas beginning at 5 p.m. Then on Tuesday, August 11, it's $8 Cocktail Night featuring Remedy favorites, and starting on Wednesday, August 12, Remedy will unveil a giant paint-by-numbers-style mural of the bar that you can help bring to life throughout the weekend using paint markers provided on-site. The collaborative artwork will remain on display until the piece is completed.

Thursday, August 13, is a toast 10 years. Remedy will serve up "A Decade of Delicious Beverages," highlighted by the return of beloved retired cocktails, including The Remedy with gin, Lillet, dry curaçao, Malört, lemon and simple syrup, The Bronson with vodka, Chareau, lemon, crème de violette, pomegranate liqueur and simple syrup, and The Owlington with rum, banana liqueur, coconut cream, lime and pineapple. You can also enjoy $10 Green Chartreuse shots and cocktails on specials for $10 throughout the entire week.

The weekend celebrations starts off on August 14, with an expanded Golf for Gift Cards Happy Hour, featuring more opportunities than ever for you to win Remedy swag, merchandise and gift card prizes through the bar's signature golf challenge. A Tattoo Pop-Up by Joey Dee Tattoo will be on Saturday, August 15 from 8 p.m. until late, offering Remedy and bar-themed flash tattoos for $50 each.
