Super Bowl Weekend Warmup for Chicago Area | No Snow in Sight

The temperature could reach the upper 30s for game day.

After a gloomy January, early February saw the return of the sun to the Chicago area (for a little while, at least) – with a noticeable lack of the white stuff. According to the National Weather Service, Chicagoland has had 48 straight days without a snowfall of at least 1 inch.

As you’re gearing up for the Big Game this weekend, you can expect dry weather with seasonable temperatures, but ever-so-slightly warmer.

By Saturday, highs are expected to climb into the low 30s, with partly to mostly cloudy conditions. On Sunday, expects temperatures in the upper 30s. Showers are in the forecast for Monday night.
