When a few teachers brought to the attention of Bloom Trail’s principal, Glynnis Keene that some students didn’t have school supplies or even soap, she jumped into action. Keene along with a few staff members thought of an idea to start a pantry for students.

“This is the brainchild of Michelle Pluhar” said Keene. “People bring me good ideas and I want to make sure they happen. I want our families to know we’re here to serve.”

If any Bloom Trail student can’t afford school supplies or even personal hygiene items they just have to let a teacher or Mrs. Keene know and they can get some items from the Bloom Trail Closet located inside the school.
