Bloom Township Youth Dept and the Illinois State Crime Commission are pleased to announce the 4th Annual Back to School Fair. Complimentary dental cleaning, vision screening, haircuts and more will be available for the youth of Bloom Township. Limited school supplies will be given on a first come-first served basis.
