Childbirth Education Classes

This four-week series of classes will familiarize the expectant mother and her coach with relaxation and breathing techniques, the role of the coach, hospital procedures and options. We recommend that couples begin this class six to seven weeks prior to the expected birth of the baby. Fee is $50 (if delivering at St. James), $100 (if not delivering at St. James). The fee can be paid by cash or check the day of class.
