PUT MY MONEY WHERE MY MOUTH IS!

For as long as I have been running KAT ORGANIZING RELOCATION, I have been advising my clients that they need to clear out filing cabinets scan what you need and shred the rest.  Last Thursday I was doing my paper work and figured out that my client filing draw would not hold one more file.  I have to make a decision as to how to store my past client files.  I decided to scan and preserve them on my external hard drive.  Well what a task to take on, when I started Thursday at 6:30 pm I was able to do the 500 pages getting them scanned and shredded by 10:30 pm.  Then I decided to continue on Friday afternoon at that point I did another 1000 pages.  Then I thought that since I have gone this far I should just do all past years, so there goes my Saturday.  When it all said and done I figured out that I did 3000 pages in about 22 hours, scanned and shredded.   Now that it is all over I am really happy with everything being stored on my drive.  This way I have a lot more space and I can access anything that I need.   So what do I suggested to you all start with a little pile and get comfortable in front of the TV and dig in.   So happy scanning.  IF YOU NEED HELP CALL KAT AT KATORGAINIZING.COM OR EMAIL KATODD1@SBCGLOBAL.NET    CELL 708.516.8418
