CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL — A 30-year-old man was killed this week after he was struck by an SUV in Chicago Heights. Cordell Williams of University Park was pronounced dead at Franciscan St. James Health on Wednesday, according to a report from the Chicago Sun-Times. Williams was walking along Chicago Road near the 300 block around 2:40 p.m. when he was struck by the SUV, the report states. When officers arrived, they found <a href="http://chicago.suntimes.com/news/man-30-fatally-struck-by-suv-in-chicago-heights/%20" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">an overturned Honda CR-V with damage </a>on both the driver's side and front. The SUV driver and a juvenile passenger were also treated for injuries at St. James.
