• AG: Country Club Hills School District 160 Violated FOIA – (edgarcountywatchdogs.com) — Country Club Hills School District 160 is under scrutiny for repeatedly failing to respond properly to public records requests, including one tied to the low-price sale of a district-owned truck to a board member. The Illinois Attorney General’s Public Access Counselor has already ruled the district’s search for records inadequate, and more legal action is being considered to force release of detailed financial and vehicle-sale documents.
