Subject: Annual TMC Meeting regarding Equitable and IDEA Services
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: Timely and Meaningful Consultation (TMC)
Notice is hereby given that Country Club Hills School District 160 will conduct a Timely and Meaningful Consultation (TMC) meeting to discuss the district’s plan for providing equitable Title funding and special education services to eligible students who attend private/parochial schools or are homeschooled within the district boundaries for the 2026-2027 school year. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Southwood Middle School at 10:00 a.m., at 18635 S Lee Street, Country Club Hills, IL 60478. If you are the parent of a private school or home-schooled student who has been or may be identified with a disability and you reside within the boundaries of Country Club Hills School District 160 you are urged to attend.
