19th Annual Care4 Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk

The 19th Annual Care4 Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, October 20th at Woodstock North High School in Woodstock, IL. The event is held to raise awareness and funds for the breast fund at Family Health Partnership Clinic, a 501c3 nonprofit that provides primary medical care to uninsured McHenry County residents. The breast fund is available to men and women who are in need of breast cancer screenings, education, and preventative care, and who otherwise could not afford them.

The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K is a timed event and is on a flat, paved route, and runners are in front of the participants at the start. Runners and walkers are encouraged to participate.

We have a new website this year, which hosts a variety of new features!

Registration is online at www.hpclinic.org, click the Care logo, until October 16th and is $35.00, late registration is on October 19th at Family Health Partnership Clinic, 401 E. Congress Parkway, Crystal Lake, IL or onsite race day on October 20th. Late registration is $45.00.
