Illinois law requires that every individual arrested for driving under the influence in the state of Illinois complete a court-ordered DUI Evaluation prior to his or her DUI sentencing.

The purpose of your DUI Evaluation is to determine the extent of your alcohol and/or drug use, including <a href="https://duievaluations.org/dui-risk-education-classes/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">your risk to public safety</a>.
