Algonquin Officials Seek Input On Presidential Park
Village officials in Algonquin will host an open house Thursday and are looking at aging amenities at the park.

ALGONQUIN, IL — Village officials in Algonquin are looking for the public's input on how to approve Presidential Park.
A public open house will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the park, 700 Highland Avenue in Algonquin. The purpose of the open house is to inform the community about the process of developing the park master plan and seek community input on how the amenities can be improved and what the priorities should be for future improvements.
Residents are encouraged to stop by during the open house to tour the park and provide input. All members of the public are invited to attend. An RSVP is not required but is encouraged. Residents planning to stop out can contact Katie Gock, Recreation Superintendent with any questions at 847-658-5719 or at recreation@algonquin.org.
