Bands for Crystal Lake Summer Concert Series Announced

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL - The Crystal Lake Park District has announced the bands that will be playing this summer during its weekly concert series. 

The concerts are held every Tuesday starting at 7 p.m. at Main Beach, 300 Lakeshore Drive in Crystal Lake. Those attending can bring a picnic dinner or buy snacks and drinks and a concession stand. The concerts are free and kick off on June 7 and continue through Aug. 16. 

In the event of inclement weather, some concerts will be moved to Park Place Banquets, 406 W. Woodstock St. in Crystal Lake.

• Tuesday, June 14: Dixie Crush (Country)
• Tuesday, June 21: Dick Diamond and the Dusters (Pop/Rock)
• Tuesday, June 28: Voices in Harmony
• Tuesday, July 12: Second Hand Soul Band (Motown/Rock)
• Tuesday, July 19: Classical Blast (back by popular demand!)
• Tuesday, July 26: Pirates Over 40 (Caribbean)
• Tuesday, August 2: Fool House (90’s and Top 40)
• Tuesday, August 9: Crystal Lake Community Band
• Tuesday, August 16: Flat Cats (Swing, Jazz and Blues)
