Bidding Underway on D155's Haber Oaks Campus

CARY, IL -- Bidding got underway on District 155's Haber Oaks Campus, school officials said. The District 155 school board approved a resolution authorizing the sale of Haber Oaks, at 400 Haber Road in Cary, on Aug. 21. The 13,000-square-foot main building sits on nearly three acres of land, which also includes a storage facility.

The main building is fully air conditioned and has 35 parking spaces available, according to a news release from District 155. The public can access additional information including floor plans, site images, a virtual tour, and more at www.400haber.com.

District 155 began accepting bids on Sept. 5. The minimum bid is $700,000. The district will publicly open bids on Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. at the district office, 1 S Virginia Road in Crystal Lake.

D155 will host two open houses for potential buyers and bidders on September 10 from 2 to 5 p.m. and on September 17 from 2 to 5 p.m. Interested parties can also request a private showing by appointment via email at HOCPublicBid@D155.org or call the district office at (815) 893-5472.
