I create art that celebrates a sense of place. My paintings create a feeling of being immersed in the landscape by capturing the emotions conveyed by a place. Based in Cary, IL, I paint local landscapes of McHenry county and surrounding areas. My paintings have featured in local art shows in McHenry and Lake Counties, at the Antioch Fine Arts Foundation Gallery, Starline Gallery in Harvard, Volo Bog SNA, The Hardy Gallery in Fish Creek, WI and the gallery at the Northshore Art League in Wannetka.
