Car Plunges Into Pond in Crystal Lake
No one was injured when the vehicle ended up in the drink, police said.
CRYSTAL LAKE, IL - No one was injured when a vehicle drove into a pond in front of the Oakbrook Estates manufactured home neighborhood near Home Depot in Crystal Lake Monday night, the Northwest Herald reports.
The driver swerved to avoid a crash with another vehicle at about 9:30 p.m. at 4447 Route 14 and ended up in the pond, according to the article. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle on his own.
