Gun Violation; Assault; Aggravated DUIs: Crystal Lake Blotter

\CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — The following information comes from the Crystal Lake Police Department as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the McHenry County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Every person arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Patrick Boahn, 54, of the 600 block of Terrace Drive, was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with driving under the influence. He is next expected in court on Oct. 27.

William John Roetling, of the 0 to 100 block of Talcott Court in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Sept. 11 and charged with two counts of driving under the influence. His bond was set at $3,000 and he is next expected in court on Nov. 10.

Kevin S. Lockwood, 61, of the 600 block of Sharon Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with criminal trespass/remain on land. He is next expected in court on Oct. 13.

Jose Alfredo Luna-Cortes, 39, of the 1400 block of Commons Drive in Woodstock, was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with aggravated DUI/third + DUI and driving while license suspended. Luna-Cortes was wanted on a warrant out of McHenry County for aggravated DUI. His bond has been set at $50,000 and he is next expected in court on Nov. 10.

Ryan Bradley Hurst, 38, of the 12000 block of South Kenneth Avenue in Alsip, was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with aggravated DUI/suspended revoked driver's license for DUI and driving revoked/suspended DUI. Hurst is next expected in court on Oct. 20.

Joseph Kevin Rutledge, 37, of the 200 block of Spring Point Drive, was arrested on Sept. 17 and charged with carry/possess firearm in school/park. His bond has been set at $1,500 and he is next expected in court on Oct. 13.

John William Lander, 51, of the 0 to 100 block of Center Drive, was arrested on Sept. 21 and charged with criminal trespass to land. He is next expected in court on Oct. 20.

Currens Anne Carty, 37, of Crystal Lake, was arrested on Sept. 21 and charged with domestic battery/bodily harm, domestic battery/physical contact and assault.
