Cary Park District To Host Summer Job Fair In January

CARY, IL — Hiring will get underway in January for a new aquatic facility slated to open in Cary next summer. The Cary Park District will also be hiring camp counselors, park maintenance staff, recreation instructions and marketing staff during its Jan. 5 job fair.

The job fair will run from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Community Center, 255 Briargate Road, Cary.

Seasonal employment positions at the Sunburst Bay Aquatic Center, which is expected to open in late May or early June, include admissions, guest services, lifeguards, swim instructors, concessions and maintenance.

During the job fair visitors can meet park district staff, pick up job information, complete applications and drop off resumes. This fair is for persons wishing to seek summer employment with the Cary Park District.

Parents, siblings, or friends may attend the job fair and pick up information on behalf of others who are unable to attend, according to the Cary Park District.
