Cary Park District Hosts Children's Concert Series

The Children's Entertainment Series performances will be held on July 13 and July 27 at Lions Park.

CARY, IL – The Cary Park District will be hosting mid-day concerts in the park designed just for little ones to enjoy with fun-filled entertainment and music to get them singing, dancing and laughing in the summer sun. The Children’s Entertainment Series performances will be held on July 13 and July 27 and begin at noon at the Lions Park Bandshell and are free to the public.

On July 13, Istvan and His Imaginary Band will take the stage to perform smart lyrics with catchy, rocking songs that appeal to kids and adults alike. His style of music actively engages kids, encouraging them to sing, dance and play during the show. Adults appreciate the stellar songwriting as well as the humor that’s sometimes intended just for them, according to the park district.

On July 27, John Measner Magic delights audiences from children to adults. He casts a magical spell with live animals, music and comedy. John invites volunteers to share the spotlight and assist in the wonders of magic.
