Cary Tests Out Food Trucks In Downtown Area
A food truck will be parked at the corner of West Main and Spring streets from 4 to 9 p.m. on July 15 and July 22.
CARY, IL — Cary is looking into the possibility of periodically allowing food trucks in its downtown area and will test out that option in the coming Fridays.
This Friday, a food truck will be parked at the corner of West Main and Spring streets from 4 to 9 p.m. There will also be a food truck at that same location between 4 to 9 p.m. on July 22.
Village officials are looking into whether allowing food trucks in the downtown area will draw more people to the town's Alfresco Alley and the village's downtown social district, according to the village's recent e-newsletter.
