Child Taken To Hospital After Being Hit By Car In Crystal Lake
The incident occurred Wednesday afternoon.
CRYSTAL LAKE, IL – A child was hit by a car on Barlina Road near Golf Course Drive in Crystal Lake Wednesday afternoon and was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries, police told the Northwest Herald. The incident occurred at about 2:20 p.m. when a driver was turning his vehicle onto Barlina Road and hit the child. The man was cited for failure to yield from a private drive, according to the newspaper.
