Construction Underway On New Crystal Lake Apartment Complex

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — Construction is underway on a 124 single-story apartment complex in Crystal Lake.

McShane Construction Company was selected by Redwood Living, Inc. to build Redwood Crystal Lake, according to a news release from the construction company.

“We’re excited to be underway with our first project with Redwood,” said David Rintz, regional vice president – multi-family. “Redwood develops unique neighborhoods that provide residents the feel of living in single-family homes with the benefits of apartment living, so we’re confident that this development will be a great addition to Crystal Lake.”

The community, designed by Mann Parsons Gray Architects will include 25 single-story townhome buildings with four to six units each, according to the news release.

Construction is underway and is expected to be completed by December 2024.
