Coroner IDs Man Killed In Single-Vehicle Crash
It appears the 50-year-old man suffered a medical event prior to the collision, according to the coroner's office.
RICHMOND, IL — The McHenry County Coroner's Office has identified a 50-year-old man killed in a single-vehicle crash in Richmond on Tuesday.
Jose Angel Gonzalez, of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, was died in the collision, which happened at about 6:50 a.m. Tuesday at Lakeview and Stateline roads.
The coroner's office determined Gonzalez did not have any injuries and it appeared he had a medical event at the scene of the crash, according to a news release.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
