Criminal Sex Abuse of Child / Aggravated DUI / Drug Charges: Blotter

A look at recent arrest reports in Crystal Lake:

• Justin Michael Hubly, of 746 Pointe Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Nov. 29 for battery/make physical contact, battery/causes bodily harm and give/sell liquor to a minor. A court date has been set for Dec. 13. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Michael P. Bocum, of 520 Marion Drive 210 in South Elgin, was arrested on Nov. 6 for battery/make physical contact. Bond was set at $300.
• Cassidy Star Corcoran, 23, of 3912 S. Cherry Valley Road in Woodstock, was arrested on Dec. 5 for retail theft. Bond was set at $150.
• Alex J. Boncuore, 19, of 713 Willow Street in Lake in the Hills, was arrested on Nov. 17 for speeding/31 to 39 mph over the limit.
• Lorachioe Shyrome Sockwell, 48, of 22 E. Crystal Lake Ave. in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Nov. 20 for driver’s license expired more than six months. Bond was set at $150.
• William Tyson Leistritz, 43, of 14411 Kishwaukee Valley Road in Woodstock, was arrested on Nov. 23 for disorderly conduct, burglary, retail theft and resisting/obstructing a peace officer/correctional officer. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Jeffrey Fell James, of 987 Golf Course Road 1 in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Nov. 29 for an in-state bond forfeiture for failure to appear on a charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Michael Thomas Johnson, 59, of 1372 Dolo Rosa Vista in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Nov. 29 on an in-state bond forfeiture for failure to appear for DUI. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Robert Dale Foster, 30, of 665 McClure Avenue in Elgin, was arrested on Nov. 30 on an in-state bond forfeiture for failure to appear for DUI.
• Shannon Michelle Stolzke, 28, of 319 Charlotte Ave. in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Nov. 30 on an in-state bond forfeiture for driving while license suspended. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Walter Agnew Moist, 38, of 939 Nottingham Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Dec. 7 for filing a false child abuse report. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Therese Eleanor Lancaster, of 939 Nottingham Lane in Crystal Lake, was also arrested on Dec. 7 for filing a false police report. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Michael Jacob Banet, 23, of 99 Capella Court in Lake in the Hills, was arrested on Dec. 1 for disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,200.
• Michael Timothy Blaney, 29, of 234 N. Main St. in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Dec. 2 for domestic battery/make physical contact.
• Scott Christopher Kacer, of 10 Kent Avenue in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Dec. 2 for DUI/Alcohol or disregard traffic control light. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Jillian Lee Shadwell, of 1925 N. Orleans Street 2D in McHenry, was arrested on Dec. 3 for domestic battery/bodily harm.
• Kenneth Gerard Williams, 1510 Skyridge Drive 1 in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Dec. 11 for DUI/Alcohol, driving on a revoked license, DUI/BAC .08, aggravated DUI/no driver’s license, and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Alex Gonzalez, 23, of 202 E. Railroad Street 2A in Marengo, was arrested on Dec. 14 for aggravated criminal sexual abuse of of a victim under 5 years old.
• Kathleen Melinda Burk, of 1586 Skyridge Drive 1 in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Dec. 14 for retail theft.
• Alan Richard Bokowski, 60, of 1382 Dolo Rosa Vista Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Dec. 15 for one count of criminal sexual assault and two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault.
