Crush Tidal Waves Fastpitch Teams Are Winners
The Crush Tidal Waves Fastpitch Organization has enjoyed a very successful month of July.
The 14U SF team led by Scott Fisher were crowned champions at the NAFA Midwest "A" Nationals in Rockford July 13-16. This is the second time this team has won a national championship having done so in 2015 as a 12U team in Minneapolis, MN.

The 18U JS team coached by Jim Summaria placed second at the NAFA Midwest "A" Gold
Nationals also in Rockford, IL. This is the third year in a row the team has made it to the championship game at this tournament. They placed fourth at the prestigious USA/ASA Chicago Metro in Elgin July 7-9.

The 10U team managed by Mike Chmiel took second in the 10U division of the NAFA Midwest Nationals in Rockford. This was the first national tournament the team has attended.
The 16U PH team led by Phil Hempen decided to play up at the 18U level of the USSSA "Open" Northern State tournament in Rockford, July 7-9. They came away as undefeated champions.
The 18U JF team managed by Gonzo Zuniga came in third place in the same tournament.
