Crystal Lake Blotter: Aggravated DUI / Battery

Here is a look at recent arrests made in Crystal Lake:

• Luis Andres Dimas Lopez, of 1445 Commons Drive 1A in Woodstock was arrested on Jan. 31 for disorderly conduct and resistance to an officer. Bond was set at $150.
• Alesha Diane Fischer, 24, of 8211 Elmwood Drive in Wonder Lake, was arrested on Feb. 3 for driving on a revoked license. Bond was set at $1,500. Fischer is next expected in court on April 4.
• Mark Terrence O'Connor, of 3110 Brisbane Drive in Lake in the Hills, was arrested on Feb. 3 for DUI/BAC .08, DUI/Alcohol, Aggravated Reckless Driving Bodily Harm, and Aggravated DUI/Bodily Harm. A March 14 court date was set.
• Eric Isai Ferral, 20, of 4607 Orchard Lane in Crystal Lake, as arrested on Feb. 5 for speeding 26 to 34 mph over the limit. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Marcus Christopher Flodin, 36, of 2242 E. Vista Avenue in Phoenix, Ariz., was arrested on Feb. 5 for criminal damage to property/school $300<10,000. Bond was set at $150.
• Jacqulyn Mercedes Maura, 25, of 74 Elmhurst Street C in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Feb. 6 for battery/cause bodily harm. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Edward Elliot, 56, of 967 Nottingham Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Feb. 6 for domestic battery/physical contact and domestic battery/bodily harm.
• Lorra J. Vicicondi, 48, of Island Lake, was arrested on Feb. 7 for retail theft and criminal trespassing to a building. Bond was set at $1,500. A March 21 court date has been set.
• Lisa Maria Lissner, of 921 Eineke Boulevard in Algonquin, was arrested on Feb. 9 for DUI/Alcohol. Bond was set at $3,000. A March 7 court date has been set.
• John Anthony Mamone, 49, of 2990 Baldwin Drive in Lake in the Hills, was arrested on Feb. 10 for DUI/Alcohol. Bond was set at $3,000. A March 28 court date has been set.
• Gary C. Robinson, 27, of 538 S. Jade Lane in Round Lake, has been arrested for DUI/Alcohol and DUI/BAC .08. Bond was set at $3,000. A March 21 court date has been set.
• Bradley Christopher Kaput, 25, of 217 Uteg St. Unit F in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Feb. 12 for leaving the scene of an accident/vehicle damage. Bond was set at $1,500. A March 14 court date has been set.
• Wallace Tracie Lee, 46, of 32 Briarwood Circle in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Feb. 15 for forgery, theft of lost or mislaid property and theft/control intent/<$300. Lee was wanted on a warrant out of DeKalb County for forgery and theft. Bond was set at $7,500.
• Aidan Joseph Pressoir, 18, of 1029 Waterford Cut in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Feb. 16 for domestic battery/physical contact.
• Michelle Renee Reynolds, 25, of 210 Elmhurst St. 102 in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Feb. 17 for retail theft/false rep/<$300.
• Jill Kathleen Minerly, 49, of 569 Somerset Lane 7 in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Feb. 17 for retail theft/disp merchandise/<$300 and driving on a revoked license. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Peter James Hedberg, 23, of 52 S. McHenry Avenue in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Feb. 17 for unlawful to knowingly possessing a controlled substance of counterfeit substance. Bond was set at $10,000. An April 11 court date has been set.
• Arthur Edward Johnson, 61, of 14411 Kishwaukee Valley Road in Woodstock, was arrested on Feb. 19 for battery/make physical contact. Bond was set at $1,500. An April 11 court date has been set.
• Arin Dale Tubbs, 27, of 600 Crimson Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Feb. 22 for domestic battery/physical contact and resistance to an officer.
• Brandon T. Spoczynski, 20, of 1219 Fieldstone Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Feb. 27 for possession of a controlled substance.
• John Wade Franklin, 50, of 737 Windsor Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on March 2 for illegal possession of ammunition/FOID and domestic battery/physical contact. A March 28 court date has been set.
• Cameron Jamaal Dunlap, 18, 2111 Cumbeland Parkway in Algonquin, was arrested on March 5 for retail theft/disp merchandise/<$300.
• George Panos, 18, of 6713 New Hampshire Trail in Crystal Lake, was arrested on March 5 for retail theft/disp merchandise/<$300. Bond was set at $1,500. An April 11 court date was set.
